To answer this call many companies have started releasing laptops now known as "Desktop replacement laptops" such as the Toshiba Satellite A210 which is an exemplary solution for such demand. Equipped with a 2.2GHz AMD Dual Core processor, 1GB of RAM, ample storage space in the form of a 160GB Hard Drive, a powerful ATI HD2600 graphic card and a superb 15.4 inch wide screen the A210 is perfect for home and office use as well as function as a portable multimedia and gaming device and only weighing at 2.8kg. The image quality on the display is superb and watching movies is simply a delight. The overall design of the laptop is also quite good, there is a built-in webcam at the top of the screen, the keyboard is comfortable and spacious and the precise Trackpad can also act as several quick function keys. The A210 has all the standard connectivity options including four USB2 ports and a Mini-Firewire port to which you can easily connect your camera and easily access your pictures on the laptop. However the A210 does have some drawbacks; the quality of the speakers is disappointing and battery life of slightly less than two hours make it completely unsuitable for extensive mobile use. But for Home use whether if it's work, media or even gaming the A210 is an excellent choice.
