There is a LED headset light & pedometer included, the LED torch has 8 LED's which provides bright light and it can be reduced to 4 or 2 as the situation demands, the head strap is adjustable and the pedometer can count up to 99,999 steps, it also displays the distance travelled and the calories burned, there is an auto switch off after 60 seconds, a mode set/reset switch & measures just 45x45x25mm. Â
